Regular Season Recap

As the Lions regular season came to a close, they pressed hard for a #1 seed bid to the playoffs. The Lion's suffered a tough loss to PSU York 2-1 in regulation time. After dropping three consecutive games, the Lions fought PSU Hazleton to a 1-0 win. Jim Kallarakal scored his 13th goal of the season and Nick Previti finished with his 5th shutout of the season in their last game.

The Lions finished with a 8-6-1 overall record and a 7-1-1 in league play. After locking up an early playoff berth and a guaranteed third seed in the playoffs, the Lions will have to wait till the end of the week to know who their next opponent will be.

The Brandywine Lions finished the season with 34 goals and 6 shutouts. Jim Kallarakal led the Lions in goals with 13 and Alex Steele added another 12. Kallarakal and Steele tied with team high of 7 assists. Nick Previti recorded a team high of five shutouts.
