Bobbi Caprice set the tone for the Penn State Brandywine women's basketball team Thursday, as the senior guard out of Marple Newtown buried all six of her 3-point shots, and Academy Park graduate Amanda Congialdi registered a double-double as the hosts enjoyed their highest-scoring outing of the season, 88-68, over PSU-DuBois.
Carpice had a team-high 19 points while Congialdi contributed 13 points, 10 rebounds and four assists.
Brandy Flowers, a sophomore center from Bonner-Prendergast, scored 13 points and Myeisha Matos netted 11. A pair of freshmen, Interboro grad Lauren Munro (13 points) and Cardinal O'Hara product Jessica Gledhill (11 points) added extra scoring off the bench for PSU-Brandywine, which improved to 6-5 overall and 4-0 in the conference.
