Former Marple Newtown standout Bobbi Caprice reached a career milestone Friday night, scoring her 1,000 point to highlight Penn State Brandywine's 65-48 home win over Penn State Schuylkill.
Caprice finished with seven points and was not the lone local product to shine for the Brandywine Lions, now 8-6 overall and 5-0 in league play.
Academy Park graduate Amanda Congialdi produced 20 points and six rebounds while Bonner-Prendergast product Brandy Flowers contributed a dozen points and four rebounds, keying a late-game run to lock up the victory.
