PSUAC Names Riebman Player Of The Week

MEDIA, Pa. -- The Penn State University Athletic Conference has selected Penn State Brandywine freshman Chris Riebman (Mt. Airy, Md./Linganore) as its men's soccer player of the week the league announced on Tuesday.

Riebman, who earned his second weekly award in three weeks, scored the game-winning goal during two of Brandywine's three victories last week and totaled nine points on four goals and one assist overall.

He netted the lone goal of the game in a 1-0 victory at Rosemont on Tuesday before collecting a career-best three goals during the Lions' home, 3-0 triumph over Penn State New Kensington on Saturday.

Riebman owns a team-best six goals and 13 total points in nine matches this fall. He tied for fifth in the conference in points, while ranking fourth in the league in goals scored.

Brandywine (6-3, 2-0 PSUAC) travels to Schuylkill Haven to face Penn State Schuylkill on Thursday at 4:00 pm.
