Riebman Secures Third PSUAC Player Of The Week Award

MEDIA, Pa. --  Penn State Brandywine freshman Chris Riebman (Mt. Airy, Md./Linganore) was selected as the Penn State University Athletic Conference Men's Soccer Player of the Week for the third time this season on Tuesday.

Riebman scored in both matches for Brandywine last week, helping the team to a pair of victories, including his fourth hat trick of the season in a 7-1 victory over Williamson on Friday. He added one score earlier in the week as Brandywine topped Penn State Scranton 5-0.

On the season, Riebman has played in all 16 of Brandywine's matches, tallying a league-leading 21 goals and 46 total points. Fifteen of his goals and all four of his assists have come in nine games against conference competition.

Riebman, who also tops the team with 47 shots on goal, has netted 18 goals during the last eight matches, including five multi-goal performances.

Brandywine, the No. 1 seed in the PSUAC Tournament, will host either No. 4 Penn State York or No. 5 Penn State New Kensington on Saturday at noon in a semifinal matchup.
